Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped upon completion and/or receipt of goods by the shipping agent.
All items are shipped with insurance and tracking numbers
tracking numbers are provided to the customer as soon as they are made available by the shipping agent.
Items will be shipped within 4 weeks (1 month) of the time of purchase.
Mridangas can sometimes take extended construction times depending on materials and timing, since all drums are made custom.
Return/Refund Policy
Services:
Consultation services such as Mridanga lessons, Counseling for personal concerns, business organization consultation, and including any and all other services rendered by Sacred Rhythm LLC:
services can be cancelled/refunded by customer via “accuity” app, or other app, which is being used for the transaction, within the timing limitations set by me and which govern the app.
services can be refunded and/or cancelled at my discretion, outside of the limitations set in the app, but Sacred Rhythm LLC is not obliged to refund services which have been paid for, unless Sacred Rhythm LLC fails to provide the service as agreed upon.
Products and goods purchased can be refunded in full or exchanged for , in the case that the goods are delivered damaged or broken by shipping agent, IF:
the customer makes timely claim with the shipping agent according to the guidelines and policy of the shipping agent, once the merchandise has been returned to the sender.
customers should always check the condition of goods immediately upon receipt and immediately file a claim with the shipping agent in the case there is damage or breakage of the item.
